It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Loretta Wrinkles of West Plains, Missouri, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold E. Strong and Faye Hicks Strong; and her daughter-in-law Kristine Wrinkles. She is survived by : her children, Brenda Wrinkles of West Plains, Jeff Wrinkles of West Plains and Rhonda Howell of West Plains; and her grandchildren, Brian, Paul, Carrie, Matthew, Isabell, Stephanie and Margaret. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
