He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Calvin Womack and Rose Teresa Crisitelli Womack. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Keys (Bryan) and Anna Hendershot. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775).
