Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Leroy for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar "Earl" Richardson and Alma Richardson (Hopewell); his former wife Barbara Ann Cobb of Checotah; his wife Wanda; and his sister Earlene Duke.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lee Tinker (Michael) and Lance Richardson (Meggan); his grandson Jaxon Richardson; and his nieces, Brenda Hill and Debbie Bedingfield.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (1569 US-160, West Plains, MO 65775).
