He was predeceased by: his parents, Herlin Johnson and Arlene Ruth Thompson Johnson; and his in-laws, Nova and Flo Martin. He is survived by: his wife Scharlotte Johnson; his children, Lonnie Gregory Johnson (Vicki), Rebecca Ann Blake (Raymond) and Tracey Marie Clayton (Doug); his siblings, Troy Lee Johnson, Anna Lou Loring of West Plains and Jean Ellen Bell of West Plains; his grandchildren, Brandon Blake, Keena Simpson (Daniel), Chad Johnson (Kamron), Shaina Fare (Robby), Ariel Clayton and Andrew Clayton (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Aiden, Macie, Alyvia Simpson, Faith Eckerman, Braylin, Addison, Peyton, Rowan Fare, Miles Clayton, Mia Edwards, Grayson Clayton and Caroline Clayton; and his great great grandchild AvanaRose Eckerman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775, USA). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Memorial contributions may be made to Willow Springs No. 2 Cemetery, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
