He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mangrum and Donna Mangrum; and his daughter Shelly Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Mangrum; his daughters, Sandy Stanton of Tulsa, Vickie Bradford of West Plains and Cindy Williams of West Plains, Missouri; and his siblings, Kenneth Mangrum of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Julie Cowdrey of Tulsa, Carolyn Lewis of McAlester and Janice Morris of Fort Smith, Arkansas. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
