With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mary Jo Taylor of West Plains, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mary Jo left this world on August 31, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Brewer and Jewel Looney Brewer; and her husband Jimmy Joe Taylor. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Driskell (Kevin) and Stacie Carrico (Jason); her granddaughters, Taylor Carrico, Gina Davis (Chris) and Amanda Collins (Clayton); her great grandchildren, Emma, Eva Collins and Gracie Davis; her brother John Wayne Brewer; and her nephew Joshua Brewer. She is also survived by many other cousins, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ozarks Healthcare Foundation, the Missouri State University-West Plains Fund for Excellence or charity of choice and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, MO 65775.
