He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Noggle and Agnes Esther "Beck" Noggle; his former wife Doris Christine Jensen; and his siblings, Don, Dean Noggle and Berdina Noggle (Conner).
He is survived by: his daughters, Dianne Cornelius (Bill), Sandra Janson (Larry) and Renee Noggle; his wife Kim G. Noggle; his brother Leon Noggle (Santa); and his nephew Jerry Conner. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery.
