He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer McAfee and Cassie Norris McAfee; and his siblings, Herb McAfee, Goldie Vermillion and Bessie Akers.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn McAfee; his children, Retha Evans (Mike), Steve McAfee (Diane), Fred McAfee (Joyce), Sheila Dunn and Bruce McAfee; his grandchildren, Amber Evans Carr (Brandon), Kayla Moyer (Wade), Jeri Stroburg and Clayton Brown; his great grandchildren, Austin Moyer and Jasmine Osburn; and his sister Crystal Taber (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775).
