He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Montgomery; his daughters, Melissa Jayne Jett (Mark) and Sarah Ann Jolliff (Mark); his grandchildren, Dr. Levi Jett (Leslie), Lauryn Jett of Springfield, Joshua Jolliff (Karleen Blue) of Augusta, Georgia, Bailee Jolliff Kelly (Wade) and Tristan Jolliff of West Plains; his great grandchildren, Alexia, Keeley, Gavin, Raylan Jolliff, Lincoln and Madden Jett; his siblings-in-law, Pat and Johnny Wake of Willow Springs, Missouri; his cousin Barbara Alsup; his close friends, Mark Collins and Golf Gang; his brothers, Jay and Billy; his parents-in-law, Reverend Gerald and Flora Lee Smith Montgomery; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Riley Montgomery. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
