She is survived by: her children, Ramona Jacques Berger of Union, Kentucky, Jeffrey Lee Jacques (Holly) of Union, Timothy Scott Jacques (Melissa) of West Plains and Sean Carpenter Jacques (Nuri) of Altadena California; her husband Jerry Lee Jacques; her grandchildren, Amanda Richardson (Greg), Michael Jacques (Caitlin), Lisa Jones (Mike), Caroline Berger, Kyle Berger, Olivia Jacques, Allison Jacques, Maya Jacques and Bella Jacques; her great grandchildren, Lacy Jo Richardson, Laina Richardson, Bryce Richardson, Brock Richardson, Cara Jacques, Rhet Jones, Karli Richardson, Aria Jones, Cash Jacques, Rora Jones, Stella Richardson and Thea Jones; and her brother Leon Carpenter (Ginny) of Holt's Summit.
