With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sonya Lynn McGinley of West Plains, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sonya Lynn left this world on May 27, 2025 at the age of 52, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Garel, Vivian Adams, Junior and Betty Brixey. She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Adams and Debbie Brixey Adams; her husband Dennis McGinley; her children, Garel McGinley (Jessie), Eli McGinley (Gracie) and Parker McGinley; her in-laws, Laverne Jones, Dennis and Francis McGinley; her brother Josh Adams (Ashlea); and her nieces and nephews, Brixey Adams, Mylea Adams, Kinlee Adams and Jase Adams. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Langston Street Chapel (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home (211 W Main St, West Plains, MO 65775).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fairview Foundation or United Freewill Baptist Church Building Fund, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
