She is survived by : her children, Frank Sprague, Jr. (Brenda) of Butler, MO., Marlene Grindstaff of Willow Springs, MO, Gaycille Sprague of Hermiston and Velita Jewell (Larry) of West Plains, MO.; and her brother Jimmy Childs of Liberty, MO. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
