He is survived by: his wife Pauline K. Perkins; his children, Rhonda May O'Geay and William Richard Manes; his stepchildren, Wendy Ann Lennon, Cory Perkins and Loren Perkins; and his siblings, Ezra E. Manes, Jr. (Janice), George W. Manes (Darlene), Betty J. Snyder, Mary Ann Adams and Sharon Kay Decker (Chuck). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
