He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Herbert Nixon and Marjorie Ruth Nixon (Kimball); and his brothers, Don and Richard Nixon. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Brian Nixon and Bonnie Nixon Maize; his stepchildren, Wendall Jines (Amber), AJ Jines, Windy, Mitch Jines (Amy) and Anita Womack (Scott); and his sisters, Betty Baker (Milt), Patty Guislinger (Bob) and Cathy Anderson. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Even as he faced Parkinson's disease and cancer, he remained active, hardworking, and dedicated to those around him.
