He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howard and Tempy Howard (Scott); and his wife Bonnie L. Wright. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Howard Jr. (Marilyn), Don Howard (Kim) and Christy Duke. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
