He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andrew and Waunetta Haase (Endicott); his wife Doris Pierce; his daughter Chasity Donica; his grandsons, Chevy Babb and Allen Donica; and his siblings, Ed of Donnie, J. D., Danny, Charles, Barbara, Doris, Pat and Alice.
He is survived by: his children, Andy Haase of Wheaton, Luke Haase of Wheaton, Cody Haase, Nancy of Wheaton, Melissa Hunsaker (Leland), Kim Crow (Daniel), Sam Babb (Ben) and Nikki Haase of Wheaton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
