She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cooper and Berta Stith Cooper; her son Kenny Tipton; and her grandson Curtis Lowe. She is survived by: her husband Bill Tipton; her children, Terry Tipton (Jennie), Debbie Tipton German, Tom Tipton, Brenda Hayward (Stan) and John Tipton (Angie); and her daughters-in-law, Kelly Tipton and Chondra Tipton. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
