He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Raymond and Hazel Marie Norton. He is survived by: his wife Connie Norton; his children, Kimberley Carleton, Kristy Norton, Tammy Lindsay (Jon), Marla Peters (Angela), Jana Lyn Anderson (Tyler), Kindra Snider, Alan Snider (Becky) and Jonathan Snider (Alissa); his grandchildren, Chad Carleton, Joel Carleton, Alexander Lindsay, Mykaela Lindsay, Connor Lindsay, Eric Lindsay (Jessica Lindsay), Issac Snider, Travis Snider, Kaitlyn Snider, Tanner Snider, Kara Snider, Trevor Snider, Emma Snider, Sawyer Snider, Finn Snider, Salem Snider, Olivia Anderson, Charlotte Anderson, Abigail Anderson, Henry Snider and Eleanor Snider; and his great grandchildren, Isla Carleton, Orion Carleton and Finnley Griffin.
The military honors will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65804).
