He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sons, Bob and Chris Cook; and his sister Melba. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as the many foster children.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wesley Cemetery (7005 N State Hwy Z, Willard, MO 65781).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests live plants, which James loved and nurtured just as he did the people in his life.
