He was predeceased by : his parents, Ira Coleman and Rosie Coleman; his siblings, Elsie Daniels and John Coleman; and his stepson Rodney Gale.
He is survived by : his former life partner Maxine Verlee Stevenson; his sons, Dewayne Coleman (Trudy) of Williamsville, Steven Coleman (Karen) of Poplar Bluff and Mike Coleman (Shelia) of Williamsville; his grandchildren, Andrea Jones, Carrie Booker (Jeremy), Marcus, Maci Coleman, Brad and Kirby Coleman; his wife Hazel Belle Hicks; and his sisters, Mary Helen Tackett and Audrey Marie Hicks. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
