He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ione Bliss (Swigert); his brothers, Calvin Bliss and Robert Bliss; and his niece Briana Murray. He is survived by: his father Milton Harold Bliss; his wife Beth Bliss; his children, Samuel Bliss and Mary Beth Bliss; and his siblings, Harold Bliss (Renee), Sheila Bliss and Greg Bliss. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
