He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Westley and Dorothy Ivy (Combs); his son Wayne Eric Ivy; and his brother Dewey Wayne Ivy. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Jaco, Jay Dent, Brandy King, Alisha Trigg and Amy Ivy; and his siblings, Don Ivy, Jackie Biggs, Mark Ivy, Mike Ivy and Missy Underwood. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
