He is survived by: his wife Faye Smith of Willow Springs, MO; his daughter Brenda Collins (Robin) of Willow Springs, MO; his brother Vernon O. Smith (Beverly) of Van Buren, AR; and his grandsons, Taylor Collins (Rene) and Tanner Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
