Tinsley (Willow Springs, Missouri), born in Horton, Kansas, who passed away on January 20, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd E. Tinsley and Myrtle M. Tinsley (Miller); his wife Alma Jean; his sister JoAnn (Ike); and his great grandchildren, Abrielle Nicole and Kenlee Rhys.
He is survived by: his son Kenneth (Pamela); his granddaughter LeeAnn (Shaun); his great grandchild Weslee; his grandson Robert; his nieces, Jan (Steve Calfas), Suzie (Dennis Rohr), Alison (Cory Ostertag) and Marilyn Groves; and his friend Jim Mormon. He is also survived by Several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
