He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Eli Perkins and Elma Narciss Perkins (Bridges); his wife Nila Joyce Perkins (Lovan); his stepfather Ray Albin Perkins; and his siblings, Justine Benedict, Velma Walker, Sonya Perkins, Justin Perkins, Willie Perkins, Mary Taylor, Jimmy Perkins and Baby Boy Perkins.

He is survived by: his children, Donna Kay Holt (Oscar), Angela Joyce "Angie" Ball (Charley), Judith Lynn "Judy" Wozniak (Adam), Mandy Eugenia Clarke and Ryan Williamson Perkins; his grandchildren, Brent, Coty, Benjamin Holt, Leslie Brown, Korey Brown, Dakota Wozniak, Zane Moore, Noah Clarke and Sofie Clarke; his daughter Hope Bower; his great grandchildren, Noah Holt, Olivia Holt, Riley Brown, Henry Brown and Alistair Wozniak; and his siblings, Caroline Roper, Ellen Fullen, Ray Perkins, Helen Campbell, Janice Burns and Jessie Bennett. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
