He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Ed" Edward and Marie Rose Pollard (King); and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Amy Catherine Berry; his son Blake (Paige Gipson); his siblings, Donna (Scott Reid), Beth (Mark Clippard) and Doug Pollard; his parents-in-law, Diane, Jerry Jones, Jim and Kathy Berry; and his siblings-in-law, Chris and Carrie Berry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
