He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Mike Kelley (Marisa) and Timothy Starbuck (Jenny); his grandchildren, Bayler, Camden, Brendan Kelley, Timothy, Steven, April, Lara, Landon and Krystal Starbuck; and his brother Fred Wagner. He is also survived by three nieces, one nephew, and dear friends.
