We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2024, at the age of 84, Cecil Dale Moore (Windsor, Missouri), born in Saint Clair, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Everett Moore and Ruby Virginia Moore (VanSlyke); his sister Venita Kim Henderson; and his uncle Gale Vanslyke. He is survived by : his wife Noemi N Mosquite; his children, Kenneth Moore (Jennifer) of Greenville, Mark Moore (Ashley) of Chesapeake, Virginia and Shana Bishop (Andrew) of Moyock; his stepson Adam Vega of Sedalia, Missouri; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Jack Moore, Scarlett, Alexander Moore, Isabella, Madelyn Bishop, Theo and Natalie Vega; and his siblings, Everett Moore and Gene Mallin of Kansas City. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
