He is survived by: his sons, David Andrew Howard (Ronna) and Gene Allen Howard (Brandi); his grandchildren, Paige Blankenship (Dalton) of Jacksonville, NC, Parker Howard of Jacksonville, NC, Hailey Daland (Jake) and Cody Howard of Leesburg, GA; his great grandchild Daphne Rose Blankenship; his brother Charley Bob Howard; and his sister-in-law Mary Kay Howard. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
