She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Joe Parkhurst and Bernice Ileen Parkhurst (Anderson); her significant other Terry Wade; and her great grandchild Hunter Dwayne. She is survived by: her children, Kim Foreman (Josh Peddicord), Jim Foreman (Stacy), Clinton and Eric Foreman (Todd); her grandchildren, Anthony (Heidi), Miguel (Tena), Brittany (Logan), Raymond (Hannah), Derek (Shelby), Tyler (Chey), Kirsten (James), Alec (Ali), Zach (Katie) and Kayla (Eric); her great grandchildren, Jonah, Asher, McKenna, Dala, Madeleine, Brayden, Mason, Camden, Hudson, Lena, Aubree, Brynnlee, Easton, Malia, Harper, Paisley, Brylee, Konor, Kobe, Brock, Brody, Kashton, Theo, Brennan, Jenson, Averie, Aubrey and Emrick; and her siblings, Larry Parkhurst of California and Billie Ilene Rios of California. She is also survived by several cousins; and numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hadley Funeral Home (405 E Benton St, Windsor, MO 65360). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
A memorial has been established to help with funeral expenses and contributions may be made in care of the funeral home.
