He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Leroy Mansfield and Mary Fern Mansfield (Smith); his wife Ruth Ann Metcalf; his daughter Melissa Mansfield; and his sister Lori Ash.
He is survived by: his son John "Charlie" Mansfield (Angelia); his grandchildren, John Dylan Mansfield, Dalton Jaymz Mansfield, Makenzie Ruth Cooper, Jase Ira Haines, Darby Spring Hudson and Leona Mabel Hudson; his great grandchildren, Jacetyn, Luca, Xavier, Teagan, Thalia, Jonovan and Tajhaa; his stepmother Jeannie Mansfield; his siblings, Wayne "Ern" Mansfield, Margo Terry (Lonnie), Teresa Livingston (Otis) and Karen Raithel (Mark); and his great-niece Metcalf. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews.
The family suggests contributions to Windsor Farrington Park in care of the funeral home.
