He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalen Carter Douglas Jr. and Carolyn Ann Douglas (Swanson); his sister Nancy Douglas; his father-in-law Raymond E. Rogers Sr.; and his brother-in-law Raymond E. Rogers, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sue "Becky" Rogers; his children, Sarah Entrop (Kyle) and Jacob Douglas (Kaitlyn); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Grant Entrop and London Douglas; his sisters, Carrie Kolb (Aaron), Karen Douglas and Kelly Douglas; his mother-in-law Lilly Rogers; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Rogers (Amy) and Teresa Rosser (Bill). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, and cousins.

The family suggests contributions to the Grace Community Church in care of the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor.
