He was predeceased by: his children, Lisa Weaver, William Appleberry, Jr. and Karen Sue Appleberry; his granddaughter Clarinda Porter; and his son-in-law Kendle Blackburn.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pauline Young; his children, Brian Appleberry of Plad, MO, Dianne Bibb (Paul) of Pocahontas, AR, Phyllis Porter (David) of Ozark, MO and Debbie Blackburn (Robb Giles) of Lebanon, MO; and his grandchildren, Michael Porter, Laura Davis, Tommy Davis, Jennifer Jones (Dwayne), Paul Porter (Becky), Jeremy Porter (Nichole), Christopher Blackburn (Brittini), Jordan Blackburn (Savannah Bohannon) and Austin Blackburn (Nicole). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shadel's Colonial Chapel (1001 Lynn St, Lebanon, MO 65536). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at the Old Bolles Cemetery.
