She was predeceased by: her mother Ida Mae Bennett Norris; her brothers, Richard Allen and Paul Tracy Norris; and her husband Billy Penrod. She is survived by: her sons, William Allen, Kenneth Lee, Steven Earl, Allen Penrod of Winfield, Kenny Penrod (Mona Dixon) of Winfield and Earl Penrod (Debbie) of Winfield; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Michael, Jacob, Michelle, Rachael, Heather, Zackery and Gregory; her siblings, Arthur Norris (Marilyn) of Troy, Robert Delayne Norris (Barbara) of Troy and Patricia Lee "Patty" Polston (Charlie) of Troy; Owen, Claire, Kiri, Riley, Jordan, Kaya, Sammy, Thomas, Wyatt, Kayleigh and Keri Ann. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
