He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Payer and Della Lee Payer. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Payer of Winfield; his sons, Jeff Payer (Chris) of Troy, MO, Matt Payer (Kathy White) of St. Charles, MO and Doug Payer (Chastity Huggins) of Moscow Mills, MO; and his sister Carol Brown of Warrenton, MO. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
