He is survived by: his sons, Blake, Noah and Roman; his grandparents, David, Evelyn Head of Winfield and Jackie Folts of St. Peters, MO; his stepfather Al Whitnah; his brother Johnny Lee Haven; his sibling-in-law Kassie of Troy, MO; and his brother David Charles Haven of Ellisville, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
