With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joan A. Bartley of Winfield, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband George Leo Bartley; her parents, Marie Nixon and Norman Nixon; her parents-in-law, W. E. Jr. and Ednamae Bartley; her siblings, Norma Moranville (James) and Jean Grant (Dennis); and her siblings-in-law, W. E. Bartley III (late Grace) and Tom Roberson (late Chaille).
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Chaille O'Neal (Walt), Judith Meier (Don), Charles Bartley (Becky), John Leo Bartley (JoAnne), Carol Edgington (Andy), Joseph Grant, Mary Grant, Stephanie Grant and Jennifer Bolzenius (Jacob).
