Haynes (Shayna); his stepson David Smith; his siblings, Jackie, Jim, Phil, Nancy, Kimberly and Shandra; his grandchildren, Kylar, Ivan and Tobias; and his stepgrandson Greg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
