He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fague and Bertha Fague (Dulle); his wife Carol Fague; his son Joseph Lawrence Fague (Rita Fague) of Fulton; his brother Wally Fague; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Frankowski and Don Minges.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Prouhet (Joe) of Josephville, Tricia Frazier (Steve) of Webster Groves and Jacquie Gilmor (Scott) of Washington; his siblings, Timothy Fague (Marge) and Mary Lou Minges; his sister-in-law Mary Fague (Tony); and his friend Debbie Huckleberry. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
