He was predeceased by: his mother Janette Anne Tucker Parnell, Sr.; and his siblings, Leslie Kinzel and Karl Parnell. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Parnell (Paula) of Moscow Mills, MO, Tabethia Parnell of Oâ, Samanthia Parnell of Warsaw County, MO, Terry Parnell of Warsaw County and Jeanette Parnell of Warsaw County; his stepchildren, Richy Carter II (Michelle) of Winfield, Johnathon Hance (Samantha) of Harvester, MO and Tabatha Himmelsbach (Mark) of Troy, MO; his father Terry Parnell, Sr.; his wife Susan of Oâ; and his brothers, Kenny Parnell (Trish) of California and Michael Parnell of Florida. He is also survived by four grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carter Ricks Funeral Home (3838 East Highway 47, Winfield, MO 63389).
