With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Edward Richter of Winfield, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 16, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Richter (Bill) and Royline Richter (Richman); his wife Linda Richter; and his siblings, Brenda Kelling, Rose Richter, Dorothy Riblett and Charlie Richter.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Joshua Brewer (Katlyn), Nicholas Brewer and Samantha Dowell (Eric); his great grandchildren, Violet Brewer, Jade Brewer and Ember Dowell; and his siblings, Royline Buskirk, Valorie Lightfoot and Gary Richter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
