He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wesley Russell and Alma Lea Russell (Johnston); his sister Charlotte McDonald; and his brother-in-law Terry Stanfill. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Hulbert (Scott) and James Jeremy Russell (Ashley); his grandchildren, Sydney Beistel (Tanner), Tyler Russell, Shae Hulbert, Ethan Hulbert (Julie) and Jessie Russell; his great grandchild Bentley; his sisters, Margaret Cristelle "Cris" Stanfill and Cynthia Lea Martin (Sean); and his brother-in-law Richard McDonald. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
