He is survived by : his mother Betty Lou Counts (Redman); his sons, William Lesley of Winona, MO and Charles Wesley Counts of Winona, MO; his grandchild Kasha Lynn Duckett; his wife Beverly; and his siblings, Johnny Counts and Earlene Crider. He is also survived by children; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; his mother.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
