He is survived by : his wife Connie Elaine Deckard of Winona; his sons, Steven of Winona, MO and Brian of Winona, MO; his granddaughter Bryla Simpson; and his siblings, David (Diane) of St. Charles, MO and Carol Atkins of Winona, MO. He is also survived by his family, friends.
