He is survived by: his children, Megan Minton (Craig) of Richmond and Ryan Smith (Nickie Spero) of Excelsior Springs; his grandchildren, Karmyn Minton (Jesse Chapman) and Jack Minton; and his brothers, Roger Smith (Mona) of Kansas City, Steve Smith (Sara) of Melbourne, FL and Brian Smith of St. Louis.
