He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Fletchall and Esta Fletchall (Thrasher); his sister Norma Maudlin; his brother-in-law Edward Long; and his nephew Jeffrey Dean Maudlin.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Joyce Fletchall (Long); his daughters, Michelle Lubeski (John), Trisa May (Colin) and Holly Young; his sister-in-law Peggy Long; his nieces, Deanna Shireman (Chris), Tina Long and Tara Mikesell (Mark); and his nephew Todd Long (Tracy). He is also survived by extended family members and many close friends.
