He was predeceased by: his grandmother Carey Beth Dunn. He is survived by: his father Danny Halleman (Heidi); his significant other Madison Baxter; his son Melvin Wayne Halleman; his mother Tanya Cross; his siblings, Brendan Halleman, Kaden Cross and Jaycee Cross; and his grandparents, Connie Brittain, Bev Vaught, Melvin Murphy, Mona, Dan Halleman, Lea and Timothy Dunn.

Rather than flowers or other memorials, donations are suggested to be given to Briley's mini, for Melvin's future at FMB Bank in Wright City, MO, in his name.
