It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daisy Frances Mozee of Wright City, Missouri, who passed away on June 15, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey and Minnie; her husband Walter T. Mozee; her grandchildren, Jerry and Anthony Mozee; her great grandchildren, Deniya Johnson and Cierra Cohen; and her siblings, Lucian Ball, Pearl Washington, Harvey Washington Jr., Martha Owens, Virginia Woolfolk and Mary Sydnor Ball.
She is survived by: her children, Rose, Julius (Kim), Walter L. (Janice), Charles (Joyce), Betty, Dorothy, Harvey (Julia), Viola, Alice (Ivory) and Melissa (Moses). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; a host of extended family; other relatives and many close family friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (510 E Main St, Warrenton, MO 63383). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at the Wesley Smith Church Cemetery (201 State Hwy J, Wright City, MO 63390).
