He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Requat and Lucille Requat. He is survived by: his spouse Lavelle Requat; his children, Wayne Requat (Shelly) of Wright City, MO, Barbara Bailey (Mike) of Wright City, MO and Janis; his grandchildren, Dale Vehige (Jenna), Jessica Vehige, Ray Requat and Tyler Requat; his great grandchildren, Loretta, Billie, Stormie and Mariah; his friend Patty Robinett; and his son Earl.
