He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold, Julie VanZuyen and Bob Hopkins; his aunt Linda Campbell; and his uncles, Alex Bruning and Glen Bruning.
He is survived by: his parents, Todd and Christie; his siblings, Kayla VanZuyen, Alan VanZuyen (Melissa) and Justine Clark (Kris); his grandparents, Gail Hopkins and Mike Bruning; and his aunts and uncles, Nancy Haight (Charlie), Dale Campbell, Russell Bruning, Michael Bruning and Brandon Bruning (Brittney). He is also survived by several cousins, other relatives and many close family friends.
